This page starts with the traps. GGPoker's welcome bonus is advertised as 100% up to $600. In practice it is a 90-day rake contract. We lay out the release rate, the either-or choice, the day-by-day schedule of the $100 ticket package, and the behaviour that gets a bonus voided.
The traps first: four lines of small print
- It is a release schedule, not cash. The $600 sits in a pending balance. Every $5 in rake or fees releases $1, paid in $10 steps.
- A hard 90-day limit. Whatever is not released is deleted. Clearing the full $600 means paying $3,000 in rake, or about $33 a day.
- Either-or, and final. The deposit page lists the match and the $100 ticket package side by side. A misclick cannot be reversed.
- The $20 threshold. With USDT, if network fees push the arriving amount under $20 the bonus does not trigger.
Worked example: you deposit $100 and take the match, so $100 is pending. At NL10 you pay about $1.50 in rake per hour and play ten hours a week. Over 90 days that is roughly $190 in rake, which releases $38. The other $62 expires. That is why we say the terms matter more than the number.

The $100 rewards package, day by day
This option is underrated. $52.50 in tickets is issued over the first six days, and daily All-in or Fold (AoF) hand challenges add up to $47.50 more.

AoF is an eight-handed format where every decision is all-in or fold. 100 hands takes about twenty minutes. The 500-hand and 1,000-hand challenges on days 2 and 6 take two to four hours, which is the only real labour cost of this option.
Which one? Three player types, three answers
Recreational, depositing $20–$100
Take the $100 tickets. You will probably release under a third of a match bonus; tickets arrive in full.
15+ hours a week at NL25 or above
Take the match and deposit $300 or more. Your rake volume clears most of it inside 90 days, which works out to an extra 20% cashback.
MTT player, two or three events a day
Count fees: an $11 event carries about $1 in fees, so three a day for 90 days is about $270 in fees and $54 released. Take the match only if you deposit under $60; otherwise take the tickets.
Activation in five steps, with two places people slip
- Create your account through the official entry point with your email, a password and a nickname, then verify the email.Accounts opened on clone sites are not in the official system. Neither the bonus nor your money is protected.
- Open the cashier and pick a deposit method. Most players in Taiwan use USDT (TRC20 or BEP20). Have the USDT ready on an exchange first.

What voids the bonus
- Multiple accounts. A second account from the same person, device or payment source is frozen, and bonus plus winnings are confiscated.
- Chip dumping and collusion. GGPoker's security team reviews hand histories; the standard outcome is a permanent ban.
- The 90-day expiry. Unreleased funds go to zero.
- Failed KYC. If your documents do not match your registration details, withdrawals are blocked and bonus release pauses.
- Third-party HUDs or assistance software. External trackers are banned and detection leads to account closure.

How long does the $600 match take to clear?
$1 is released for every $5 in rake or tournament fees, so the full $600 needs $3,000 in rake within 90 days. A recreational player at NL10 for three hours a day clears only a fraction; the rest expires.
Can I take both the match and the $100 tickets?
No. You choose one and the choice is final. For deposits under $100 or limited playing time, the $100 ticket package is usually worth more in real terms.

What happens when the bonus expires?
Any unreleased amount is removed at day 90. Money already released to your balance is unaffected. There is no extension.
