Before putting money on any online platform, ask four questions: who regulates it, is the dealing random, how does it handle cheats, and how are my funds and data protected. This page answers each, then lists the things the platform cannot do for you.

NSUS Group launched the GGNetwork in 2014 and bought the WSOP brand from Caesars Entertainment for $500 million in 2024. Owning WSOP makes reputational damage extremely expensive, which is the most practical guarantee that the operator is not going anywhere.
The blind spot for players in Taiwan: none of these licences is Taiwanese. You can complain to the Isle of Man GSC, but the process is in English and slow. In practice most issues are resolved only through platform support.
Random dealing: RNG certification
The GGNetwork RNG is tested and certified by independent labs including BMM Testlabs; ClubGG uses the same system. Certification means the card sequence is statistically unpredictable and the platform cannot steer results toward specific players.
"Endless bad beats" and "aces always lose" are felt on every site, and the cause is sample size. At 200 hands an hour in Rush & Cash, 20,000 hands a month is still well inside normal variance. Anti-cheat: bots, collusion, RTA
- Dedicated security team. Analyses hand histories, timing and device fingerprints, and publishes counts of banned accounts and confiscated funds.
- Ban on third-party HUDs and real-time assistance (RTA). External trackers and solvers are prohibited and detection leads to closure. The built-in Smart HUD is the only allowed data tool.
- Player reports. You can report a player or hand from the client and the security team replies with the outcome.
- Multi-account detection. Accounts sharing a device, payment source or IP are linked and reviewed.
- Integrity Ambassador programme. GGPoker appointed Fedor Holz as Integrity Ambassador to push anti-cheat transparency; Holz left in March 2026 and the programme's continuation is up to the operator.
The cost of anti-cheat is false positives: unusual win rates or heavy multi-tabling can trigger a review. Supplying documents usually clears it in days.

Four things the platform cannot protect you from
- Clone clients. Installers from agent sites can carry credential stealers. See the download guide.
- Agent top-ups and "agent rakeback". Money given to a third party has no protection. GGPoker has no agent mechanism.
- Social engineering. LINE or Telegram accounts posing as support ask you to "verify" credentials or transfer funds. Real support lives inside the client.
- Local legal risk. Taiwan has no online poker licensing. A licensed platform does not mean play is permitted where you are. See law and responsible gaming.
