GGPoker LIVE Events: From Online to the Live Table

GGPoker LIVE events overview

GGPoker is more than an online room. NSUS Group owns the WSOP brand, runs five GGPoker Live (GGPL) venues in Japan, and sends players to WSOP, APT and other live series through online satellites. This section covers live event types, venues, the 2026 Asian schedule and the routes from screen to felt.

Frequently asked questions

What is GGPoker LIVE?

The live side of the GGPoker brand: the WSOP series (NSUS Group acquired the WSOP brand in 2024), WSOP Paradise and WSOP Europe, the GGPoker Live (GGPL) amusement venues in Japan, and live-event packages awarded through online satellites.

Which live event is easiest for players from Taiwan?

APT Taipei (22 April to 3 May and 12 to 29 November 2026) and the Taiwan Millions Tournament. No visa, no long-haul flight. Both ClubGG and GGPoker run APT satellites.

Can I win money at GGPL venues in Japan?

No. Japanese law prohibits gambling, so GGPL venues are amusement poker bars: you buy chips to play, and prizes are rankings and satellite seats, never cash.

How do I get from online to the WSOP Main Event?

Three routes: GGPoker real-money satellites (multi-step from $0.50), ClubGG subscription qualifiers (no real money), and WSOP Online bracelet events. See the satellites page.

Do live events require KYC?

Yes. Registration needs a passport or ID, and packages are usually issued in the name on your GGPoker or ClubGG account.
