ggpoker.com, including its zh-tw pages. Domains built from ggpk or ggpuke plus numbers are agents or clones. pokergg.cn is an independent information site, not the official one.
Can I play GGPoker from Taiwan?
You can download and register and the client is in Traditional Chinese, but Taiwan has no online poker licensing and offshore platforms are unsupervised there. The legal and financial risk is yours. This is not legal advice.
Does GGPoker have Chinese-speaking support?
Yes. In-client chat supports Chinese and there is an official support email. Response times range from minutes to two business days.
How do I contact GGPoker support?
Open live chat from the Help or Support icon in the client, or email the official support address shown on the Help page from your registered email. Never deal with people who message you on social apps or via QR codes claiming to be support.
White screen after login. What now?
Disable the VPN or change server, restart. On Windows delete the %localappdata%\GGPoker folder and reinstall; on mobile clear the cache or reinstall.
My account is locked. What do I do?
A password lock clears after 30 minutes or a reset. A security-review lock needs proof of identity via in-client chat; one to two business days.
I forgot my fund password.
Request a reset via in-client chat. Identity verification is required; one to two business days.
What is region verification?
On first login the registered region is compared with the connection location. A mismatch requires proof of address. VPN-registered accounts hit it most.
How do I deposit?
Mostly USDT (TRC20 / BEP20) for players in Taiwan, arriving within minutes. Cards are often declined. See the deposits page.
How long do withdrawals take?
Crypto 1 to 24 hours, e-wallets 24 to 48 hours, bank 3 to 5 business days. KYC is required before the first withdrawal.
